"Lord willin' and the creek dont rise" is a general southern phrase, as opposed to the others, which are more specific to st. Louis

YCH A FI sounds a lot like the Danish idiom "Ak og ve," which has basically the same meaning. "Ak" is an exclamatory word to express complaining (like woe) and "ve" basically translates to pain or sorrow. :) ("og" means and)

My sister can say the whole of Llanfair because in high school one day they had a substitute teacher for English who happened to be Welsh, and she spent the entire lesson teaching them how to say it. I, however, have never been able to get it right. Tried to pronounce it just now, forgetting that I have a head cold, and set myself off coughing, so that'll teach me.

He missed a couple St. Louis saying. "Going to the eastside." = Going to strips clubs. St. Louisians usually only going over the river into East St. Louis, IL to see strippers.
Also with our pronunciations is the invisible R. Like in "warsh rag", which is what we call a wash cloth.

Love love love Micheal, he is our local hero, lovely to all who meets him. I thoroughly enjoyed the video it was tidy mun and Michaels pronunciations were perfect and I hope readers don’t think I am chopsing, but unfortunately there was an error.. iechyd da does not begin with an L. I can see how the error occured by someone thinking the capital I was an L. This same error appears online for Mamolaeth Ac Lechyd Plant Morriston Hospital, Nant Lechyd on google map and Condfan (think they mean canolfan) Lechyd Trawsfynydd. P.S.Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, (another misprint, missing the W after the first g), Llanfair PG (for short) means Saint Mary's Church in the hollow of the white hazel near a rapid whirlpool and the Church of St. Tysilio of the red cave. It is the longest place name in Europe but not the world, that place is in New Zealand called Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu which means ‘the place where Tamatea, the man who had big knees, the climber of mountains, the slider, the land-swallower that traveled about, played the nose flute that he had to the loved ones.’

Y and W are vowels. Meaning they have two more than English. A bit slow are we?! English doesn't have the moral authority on how the letters should sound. The letters used aren't English or Welsh, but Latin/Phonecian.
